I'm a licensed instructor for the State of Alabama. I'm a broker and Vice President of the Alabama Real Estate Education Association (AREEA).

I love this industry!

I failed the licensing exam SIX TIMES before I passed. And, my test scores continued (with each subsequent attempt) going DOWN.

On the SEVENTH try, I passed.

I had to make up a lot of ground after that. Waiting tables and doing whatever I had to do in order to make ends meet as a single Mom ended as soon as I began selling.
