Coaching & Consulting
While experience is a good teacher, evaluated experience AND the experience of others is a great teacher.
I love working with high-level leaders who want to unleash their Kingdom potential.
If you want work with with me1:1 and walk through the COMPS framework or learn how to level-up your real estate career, this is the place for you!
I created this page to--Â
âď¸ Define what I mean by "coaching" & "consulting" (I use the words interchangeably, and will use coaching most often)
âď¸ Answer common questions about my coaching process
âď¸Â Show you how I can help
âď¸Â Help you see quickly whether or not this might be a good fit for you
What coaching is
(And how to decide if you need coaching, or if you just need a course)
Transformation, not information
Let's start here.Â
You can find anything you need to know about absolutely anything in the world by doing a quick Internet search.
What you can't find is a strategy to move forward from where you are to where you're designed to be.
Or, to say it another way, ideas are easy... implementation that leads to change is sometimes hard.
(That's why we sometimes find ourselves "stuck" and need a little help leveling up!)
You need a proven path-- a framework-- that builds a bridge from where you are to where you want to go in a specific area of life.

"Coaching" has become a hot topic in the past few years.
Since a lot of people define coaching differently, before we enter a coaching relationship with anyone, I like to outline what I mean by "coaching."
And, we like to affirm that you may not need coaching. You might just need a great course.
(This page will help you determine your next best step.)
Accountability & access
With my coaching and courses, you always receive the following:Â
đ Information about a specific topic-- the area you want to focus (whether it's leveling up your real estate career or walking in your full Kingdom potential)
đĄInsight from a specific vantage point-- namely, my perspective and process for making these areas "work"
âď¸Immediate points of application you can do to see forward progress.
Again, remember our goal...
Both courses and coaching focus on life transformation-- not just amassing information.

Coaching differs from courses in that it adds three more elements: context, accountability, and access.
đCoaching affirms that context in which you "walk out" the transformation is often unique.
(The lessons and action steps "drill down" to where you are.)
đ Coaching adds a crucial link of accountability-- someone walks with you.
(I view accountability as a positive-- someone believes in you and consistently calls you to a higher level, pushing you to be all you're designed-- and destined-- to be.)
đł Coaching also provides you with relational interaction with the expert-- someone a bit further down the road than you who has also walked the path.
(Whereas you can "watch," "read," or "hear" the leader in courses, books, and audio... coaching enables you to ask your questions in real time as you connect.)
By the way...
If you lead an organization-- whether it's a business, a ministry, a nonprofit-- a coach can help you by working with you personally and professionally...
Together, we can leverage my coaching framework to impact you personally, infuse your team with new life, and increase your organization's capacity.Â
IÂ use a specific model to do this.

Not counseling, content delivery, or cheering
Coaching not only differs from courses, but it also differs from other (beneficial) forms of leadership.
By way of comparison, coaching is not-Â
â Counseling. Counselors let the client set the agenda and help them sort through past behavioral patterns and mindsets.
â Coaching helps people see the bigger picture and begin to make steps forward. Itâs more practical.
â Content delivery. Pure content focuses on the dissemination of information only...
â Â Coaching brings an element of interaction. People are able to discussâ in real timeâ the strategy they implement.Â
â Cheeringâ though an odd term to use hereâ is actually where many leaders stop. They celebrate people when theyâre âwinningâ and encourage them when theyâre âlosing.â Like the cheerleaders on the sideline at a football game, they donât provide real time feedback and tactics. They just⌠shout.
â Coaching focuses on helping people win by making progress through the planned strategy (moving forward along the transformation path is a vital part of coaching).

Is coaching for you?
If you want to learn the information and apply it-- only-- then consider a course.Â
If you want someone to work with you 1:1 and help you walk through the content in a predictable way and paced rhythm, then consider coaching.
Your next steps if coaching is for you!
